2019 – Building Completion (escrow) Audit and Reserve Fund Study

Conducted a Building Completion Audit and Reserve Fund Study for Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers, a high-rise luxury hotel in JLT.

The project included verifying the completion of the project for escrow release in compliance with RERA requirements and preparing a long-term capital expenditure plan to guide reserve fund contributions.

Villanova Community, Dubai

2019 – Snagging & De-Snagging Surveys

Delivered comprehensive snagging and de-snagging services across the entire Villanova community in Dubailand, covering multiple clusters of villas and townhouses.

Managed a team of surveyors to inspect internal finishes, MEP systems, and common areas, ensuring all defects were recorded, reported, and closed out efficiently. Successfully completed handover readiness for all units in this large-scale residential development.
